Lexcel is the Law Society’s quality mark for compliance and client care, and recognises the highest standards of internal management and client service.
Following a rigorous assessment, involving face-to-face interviews and inspection of the office we are delighted to have received 26 areas of good practice and no major non-compliances.
It was clear to the assessor that “staff enjoy working for the firm, feel well supported, and are keen to help in making it a success” and case file management continues to be of a high standard.
