Anita Woollard

Anita is a licensed conveyancer in the residential property team, specialising in:

• freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of residential properties
• buy-to-let properties
• purchases of new build properties
• part ownership of properties
• re-mortgaging
• transfers of equity
• transfers of property.

Anita has over 13 years of experience in residential property acting for a variety of clients, including High Net Worth individuals.

Anita provides an efficient, friendly and proactive service. Her focus is on making the conveyancing process as seamless and stress-free as possible.

When not at work Anita enjoys travelling in her motorhome, accompanied by Monty, an American Cocker Spaniel. Monty also enjoys the occasional visit into the office too!

Qualifications

Anita qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2015 after studying with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers. She is also an SQA Probate Practitioner.
